Executive Group Training: Personal Brand
I partnered with MacKay CEO Forums to lead a group training session on personal brand for a cohort of CEOs.
​
In collaboration with the Forum Chair, I designed and delivered a high-impact session focused on building authentic executive presence and thought leadership on LinkedIn.
​
The workshop blended strategy, discussion, and live coaching—giving executives practical tools to elevate their voice and visibility.

For four years, I worked with the partner team as a trusted advisor, helping shape and execute their marketing, communication and content strategy.
My focus was on refining their messaging with the needs of their target audience, building brand awareness, and positioning the firm as a trusted, go-to partner.
I led thought leadership efforts, developed original content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and blogs, and helped elevate their voice in the market. I also built strong media relationships, securing high-quality press coverage and speaking opportunities that reinforced the firm’s expertise and credibility.

Curriculum Development & Course Faciliatation
I partnered with The Globe and Mail’s Leadership Institute to develop and deliver a custom executive learning program focused on leadership communications.
Working closely with the program manager, I created a four-week course that introduced practical modules, frameworks, and principles for effective communication in a leadership context.
In addition to designing the curriculum, I facilitated the sessions, guiding professionals through hands-on learning and real-world application.

Media & Influencer Relations
Through my work with a Montreal-based communications firm, I acted as the strategic lead on the Aeroplan business for Air Canada, focused on raising awareness of the loyalty program through influencer partnerships and earned media.
I provided strategic counsel, developed integrated PR programs, and contributed creative and strategic input to a major national campaign—helping shape messaging and execution from the ground up.
The result: strong media coverage, stronger relationships, and increased visibility for one of Canada’s most recognized loyalty programs.
